Trek Rides to Enhance Urban Connectivity and Promote Sustainable Community Development in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur

KUALA LUMPUR, JANUARY 15TH 2025: Asia Mobiliti, Malaysia’s leading Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) company, and Triterra, the developer of The MET Corporate Towers are proud to announce a strategic partnership aimed at introducing innovative and sustainable mobility solutions to KL Metropolis, the International Trade & Exhibition District Of Kuala Lumpur. This collaboration showcases a growing synergy between mobility and real estate in creating connected, sustainable and digital urban communities.

The partnership will co-fund and activate the Asia Mobiliti-developed Trek Rides Demand-Responsive Transit (DRT) service within the KL Metropolis zone, addressing the first-and-last-mile connectivity gap in the rapidly growing mixed-development district. Designed to connect the district to the nearest public transit stations and transport hubs such as MRT Sentul Barat, KTM Segambut and Duta Bus Terminal, Trek Rides will provide a sustainable public transport service to residents, workers and visitors of the area which includes prominent places of interest such as The MET Corporate Towers itself, MITEC (Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre), government offices such as MATRADE, MITI, LHDN and JPN, the KL High Court complex, shopping malls such as Publika, Solaris Mont Kiara and 1 Mont Kiara, schools such as the Mont Kiara International School, French School of Kuala Lumpur and several public schools, the Jalan Duta government quarters, residential areas of Mont Kiara, Dutamas, Jalan Kasipillay and Taman Segambut SPPK.

On Trek app, users can access a comprehensive multimodal journey planner for the Klang Valley and DRT rides booking in all zones where Trek Rides operates.
